Ornes - Solvorn
This cozy ferry runs daily between Ornes and Solvorn throughout the year. It takes about 20 minutes to cross the Lustrafjord here, a beautiful experience on the turquoise fjord.
The boat has room for 11 cars and 90 people. This route has been running for many years and is just as important for the local population as it is for the tourism industry.
Lustrabaatane has operated the route since 2001, and on January 1, 2025, we started a new contract period on the connection

The winter timetable for Ornes-Solvorn is valid from October 1st to April 30th. Select the side from which you want to check the departure times. If the departure is marked with an asterisk, it must be booked in advance.
All tickets are purchased on board.

On movable public holidays not mentioned below, the route follows ordinary timetables.
*May 17th: Departure from Ørnes will be adjusted to the event in Solvorn by arrangement with Solvorn Oppvekstsenter, as will the return/departure from Solvorn in reasonable time after the end of the event in Solvorn.
