Booking conditions

The terms and conditions apply between Lustrabaatane AS and the party who, as stated in the booking confirmation, has entered into an agreement with Lustrabaatane AS. The agreement between the parties may apply to both travel (tickets and reservations) and the purchase of additional products and services, or a combination of these.

The Agreement

As a seller, Lustrabaatane AS is responsible for ensuring that the buyer receives what they are entitled to in accordance with the agreement. Lustrabaatane AS is only responsible for the product as it is described.

A purchase (a reservation) is binding when confirmation is given to the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to check that what is essential for the purchase or reservation is correct, such as date, departure time, port of departure, etc.

Payment

The buyer pays 100% of the cost when ordering through www.lustrabaatane.no. All payments are made in NOK.

Cancellation

The customer can cancel by e-mail: booking@lustrabaatane.no. Lustrabaatane AS only accepts cancellations and changes made by the guest. Lustrabaatane AS is obliged to send written confirmation of cancellation/change. If cancellation occurs 48 hours or more before arrival, the full amount will be refunded. If the reservation is cancelled/changed less than 48 hours before arrival, the amount will not be refunded. Changes are not allowed less than 48 hours before departure.

Change of vessel / substitute vessel

We reserve the right to deploy a substitute vessel if necessary. Changes to the vessel do not constitute grounds for refunds or compensation.

If something goes wrong

Any errors/deficiencies must be reported immediately to the person responsible at the location/vessel, so that the matter can be rectified as quickly as possible. If you do not notify us as soon as you become aware of the incident and thus fail to give us the opportunity to rectify any deficiencies, you cannot subsequently claim compensation.

Force Majeure / reservations

Lustrabaatane AS is not responsible for the consequences of bad weather, closed facilities or other conditions beyond the company's control. Should any errors occur, Lustrabaatane AS has the right to cancel the order.
