ORDERING CONDITIONS
The terms and conditions apply between Lustrabaatane AS and those who, as stated in the booking confirmation, have entered into an agreement with Lustrabaatane AS. The agreement between the parties may apply to both travel (tickets and reservations) and the purchase of additional products and services or a combination of these.
The agreement
As the seller, Lustrabaatane AS is responsible for ensuring that the buyer receives what he is entitled to in accordance with the agreement.
Lustrabaatane AS is only responsible for the product as depicted.
A purchase (a reservation) is binding when confirmation is given to the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to check that the information essential to the purchase or reservation is correct, such as date, time of departure, port of departure, etc.
Payment
Buyer pays 100% of the cost when ordering through www.lustrabaatane.no. All payments are made in NOK.
Cancellation
The customer can cancel to booking@lustrabaatane.no
Lustrabaatane AS only accepts cancellations and changes made by the guest. Lustrabaatane AS is obliged to send confirmation of cancellation/change in writing.
If cancellation is made 48 hours or more before arrival, the full amount will be refunded.
If the reservation is canceled/changed less than 48h days before arrival, the amount will not be refunded. Changes are not allowed less than 48 hours before departure.
Right to change boat
We reserve the right to change the boat model to an alternative if necessary. The change of boat model does not constitute grounds for refund or compensation.
If something goes wrong
Any errors/deficiencies must be reported immediately to the person in charge at the place/vessel so that the matter can be rectified as soon as possible. If you do not notify us as soon as you become aware of the occurrence and thus fail to give us the opportunity to correct any deficiencies, you cannot subsequently claim compensation.
Force Majeure / reservations
Lustrabaatane AS is not responsible for the consequences of bad weather, closed facilities or other circumstances beyond the company's control. Should any errors occur, Lustrabaatane AS has the right to cancel the booking.

A full refund will only be issued if we are informed within 24 hours before departure.
After this period, no refunds will be given.
